S1503Online ammonia nitrogen automatic monitoring device: In the presence of alkaline medium and sodium nitroprusside (nitroprusside), ammonium reacts with salicylate and hypochlorite ions to form a water-soluble blue compound, which has maximum absorption at 697 nm. The content of ammonia nitrogen in the water sample is measured by photoelectric colorimetry according to Lambert Beer's law. Add specific masking agents to remove the interference of cations (especially calcium and magnesium ions).
